Well... It's not everyday you can say you've had to camp in the city you live in but now we can say we have. With the city a stones throw from here we are itching to run across that Goodwill bridge and are laying awake in anticipation.
But whoa! What a journey!!! It's the end of the 31st day we are tired but cosy in our tents... It's hard to beleive we have walked so far but then looking at the souls of my shoes I manage to convince myself we have. Almost 1000km in a month, it has been great! So I bet you want to hear all the drama, ok!
Matt tripped over, was harious wish you were there! Matt and I faught like dogs n cats, one stage breaking the physical barrier... FIGHT!!! But the Jack (head of Switzerland) steps in to mediate. We all have horrendous injuries, some worse than others. By the end of the day your muscles tighten up and you look quite disables as you struggle to get around, funny but painful hahaha
I got a bit teary the other day when I thought of how much mum supported all my endecours and how she would sometimes get more excited than I was about them. Then I saw her at the finish line tomorrow standing there full of pride as we walk across that bridge. To know that we have potentially reached over 2.5 million people within NSW (and hopefully more in QLD to come). Mum would jump and scream when ever I had any success and I know she would be jumping and screaming as I see this endevour a great success. This thought fills me with pride and comfort to know that I can share my love for her and greif of her loss with all those people, resulting in a mass suicide prevention movement.
I will write another upon the completeion of our trip! Thank you all for following and supporting us! And now for the thankyou's!!!
